Ride the Wave to Success is NCAHU’s theme for this year’s Educational Symposium.  Given that all of us have been navigating a new landscape in healthcare insurance as the result of the sweeping federal legislation, we have all learned to be quite adept at riding waves! 

What our association brings each of our member agents is techniques, information and tools on how to strengthen our businesses and our clients during this time great change.  By banding together on the National, State and local level we have access to up to the minute resources, information, lobbying and networking with one another.

Your membership in our Association enhances your professional development and gives you resources to offer to your clients, answer their difficult questions and set yourself apart as a valuable partner and ally in providing healthcare insurance to themselves and their employees.

The landmark health-care reform bill signed into law last March was a dramatic overhaul of the nation’s health-care system, providing coverage to 30 million people who previously didn’t have it.

It adds millions to the Medicaid rolls, regulates insurance companies more closely and represents a fundamental shift in the way we do business.

This is a critical moment in history,  and the insurance industry must be united. It is crucial to join and support our association and others like it so we can speak with one voice. If ever there was a time to be heard, it is now.
